Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 1, 2024. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Interstate Infrastructure Services' enterprise connectivity, cloud, and managed infrastructure platforms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Interstate Infrastructure Services Inc. ("Interstate," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms.
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. You are advised to check the Terms of Service from time to time for any updates or changes that may impact you.
2. Service Provisioning
Interstate provides enterprise-grade infrastructure services including high-capacity bandwidth, managed network security, and cloud interconnectivity. The specific details of your service package are outlined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA) and executed Order Form.
- Services are provided subject to availability and technical feasibility at the service location.
- Interstate maintains a 99.99% network availability commitment as defined in our primary SLA.
- Maintenance windows are scheduled during off-peak hours (12:00 AM - 4:00 AM local time).
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their network endpoints and credentials. Any unauthorized use of the services must be reported to our Network Operations Center (NOC) immediately.
"The customer is responsible for ensuring that all data transmitted through Interstate's infrastructure complies with our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) and all applicable local, state, and federal laws."
4. Fees and Payment
Invoices are issued monthly in advance for recurring services. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date ("Net 30"). Late payments are subject to a service fee of 1.5% per month or the maximum rate permitted by law.
5. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INTERSTATE INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
